Terms of Service

These terms govern quotations, installations, repairs, maintenance and other services provided by Skies Solutions Innovation Group ("we", "us"). By accepting a quote or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Quotations are based on the information available at the time and may change after a site assessment reveals additional requirements. A quote is valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Acceptance of a quote and any deposit confirms your booking.

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the site and to disclose any relevant conditions (asbestos, existing faulty wiring, restricted access, body corporate or estate rules) before work begins. We are not liable for delays or additional costs caused by undisclosed site conditions.

We carry out work in a professional, workmanlike manner. Hardware warranties are subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms. Our workmanship is backed by our satisfaction guarantee - if a system does not perform as specified, we return and make it right.

Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, deposits are required to secure bookings and balance is due on completion. We accept standard South African payment methods.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits may be non-refundable where work or materials have already been committed. We will reasonably limit any charges to costs incurred up to the cancellation.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the work performed. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues arising from third-party equipment or pre-existing installations we did not install.
